The Thesis

Green Mobility enterprises are crucial to solve some of the major socio-economic challenges in India. These enterprises primarily aim at solving the affordable transport challenge. This provides users with an improved access to various economic opportunities.

The impact of Green Mobility enterprises, however, goes beyond the transportation sector alone. By solving the problem of mobility, they deliver solutions to the broader challenges of developing and emerging economies like India, by creating jobs, giving access to better opportunities, creating lasting infrastructure and reducing gender, social and economic disparities.

Mr. Khattar considered accessible and affordable mobility to be critical to overall development of Bharat. He believed that access to affordable mobility has far-reaching impact on both income growth and increase in education levels, thereby ensuring better future for the underserved population of rural India.
