The Thesis
Our INCUBATE programs are designed to equip startups in the Green Mobility space with the capability to analyse their product-market fit for multiple contexts, through interactive capacity-building workshops, contextual mentorship and access to our ecosystem networks.
Member startups are selected through a rigorous process led by our internal committee and industry experts.
We bring Green Mobility focussed investors, venture capitalists and grantors to build a mobility corpus dedicated to incubating early-stage Green Mobility startups.
We identify and evaluate promising early-stage ventures that complement and drive the “affordable green mobility at scale” vision.
Our pre-incubation program helps the startups build a foundation through reinforcement of business fundamentals and need-based mentoring. Start-ups are selected for the incubation program based on their prototypes and their pitches presented to the screening committee.
Selected start-ups receive guidance on manoeuvring the ecosystem, policy, and regulations, as well as funding support.
Our Process
Selection Criterion
To be eligible for INCUBATE program, your startup should be:
- Focused on Developing Sustainable/Green Mobility Solutions
- Incorporated in India
- Should be in operation for less than 3 years
- Should have raised less than INR 3 crores in funding
- Should meet our vision of Affordable Green Mobility For All, At Scale
Engagement Period:
Startups participating in the program will go approximately through a 6-month engagement which might vary based on the stage of the venture, progression, and need assessment.
Benefits To Startups:
1. Refine Business Model & Value Proposition through entrepreneurship capability building workshops, peer interactions, collaborative networking and mentoring sessions with successful industry leaders.
2. Develop Capacity To Sustain At Scale through support to overcome startup specific challenges from our ecosystem partners and pilot programs.
3. Fast Track from POC to Revenue Generation to Profitability by leveraging established stakeholder ecosystem. Selection Process:
- Applications invited to participate in our INCUBATE program
- Promising startups are called in to pitch their innovative solutions.
- Our internal committee of experts evaluate the pitch and the teams
- We select startups that align with our ecosystem’s shared goals of Green Mobility For All, At Scale.
- We conduct Pre-Incubation Programs for shortlisted startups.
